The Ministry of Detainees invites all free people around the world to support the prisoners' cause

The Ministry of Detainees’ called upon the free people of the world to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian detainees in the occupation prisons, who are subjected to a frenzied and unprecedented attack by the prison administration, in conjunction with the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, which falls on November 29 of each year.

The ministry explained that more than 4,500 Palestinian detainees, distributed among about 21 Israeli jails, live in difficult conditions inside the prisons. They are exposed to grave violations and harsh conditions, and today they need all forms of support and solidarity.

The ministry called for the need to work harder to activate all international conventions related to the rights of prisoners, stand seriously for their case, put more pressure on the occupation authorities to stop the policy of administrative detention against prisoners, and work hard to save the lives of hunger strikers, patients, and female prisoners, especially Israa Al-Jaabis, who suffers from severe health conditions.
